01 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these terms and conditions are defined here. In this document, "bagi", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the bagivip.cam website and all its services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on this platform.

"Account" refers to the user's personal profile and wallet. "Bonus" refers to promotional offers, cashback, or rewards that bagi provides from time to time. "Wagering" refers to the total amount that must be bet before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. These terms are used with the same meaning throughout all sections.

02 Scope of Service

bagi is an online gaming platform offering casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting. The platform operates for adult users residing in Bangladesh.

The platform currently features games from various international providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe. We regularly add new games and reserve the right to remove existing ones. Permanent availability of any specific game is not guaranteed.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance or other reasons. In such situations, bagi will notify users in advance where possible. However, bagi will not be liable for any loss caused by a service disruption.

03 Account Registration

A personal account is required to play on bagi. You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses held in those accounts will be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is also prohibited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your password with any third party. Notify our support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

04 Age Verification

bagi may request identity verification to confirm age at the time of registration. National ID (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate are acceptable documents. If age cannot be verified, the account will be temporarily frozen.

If it is found that a minor is operating an account, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount on bagi is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The same minimum limit applies across all payment methods.

5.1 Payment Methods

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks) are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals. It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used to deposit into the account.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be temporarily held if a verification process is ongoing or unusual activity is detected.

5.3 Transaction Authenticity

Only use payment accounts registered in your own name for transactions. Using a third party's payment method may result in account suspension and the funds involved being held.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

bagi offers various bonuses for new and existing members. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, which must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount applies. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; the wagering requirement for this bonus is ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

6.2 Weekly and Other Bonuses

The bagi weekly deposit reward offer gives a 50% bonus on deposits of ৳500 or more once per week, up to a maximum of ৳10,000, with a wagering requirement of 20x. The bagi weekend blast offer gives a 75% bonus on deposits made on the last two days of each week, up to a maximum of ৳15,000, with a wagering requirement of 18x.

bagi Slots Festival Bonus, bagi Birthday Gift, and bagi Refer a Friend — each offer has its own terms and conditions. Read the relevant offer's terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to claim bonus benefits dishonestly — such as taking bonuses through multiple accounts or evading bonus conditions through coordinated betting — will be considered a violation of these terms. In such cases, bagi reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account.

07 Gaming Conduct

All users must play honestly and in accordance with the rules. Attempting to gain abnormal winnings by exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. If such an incident is detected, the relevant winnings will be considered void.

Game outcomes are controlled by third-party RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, over which neither bagi nor users have any control. If you have a complaint about a game outcome, you will find relevant information in the FAQ section or you may contact the support team directly.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bagi platform:

• Attempting to hack, send viruses, or carry out cyber attacks on any part of the platform.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Operating an account under a false identity or concealing one's identity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Participating in coordinated betting or match fixing.
• Impersonating a bagi official or staff member.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, bagi may close the relevant account without prior notice and take legal action where applicable.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any withdrawable balance will be returned before your account closure request is processed.

bagi may also suspend or close an account for the following reasons: violation of terms and conditions, suspicion of fraud, failure to provide required verification documents, or if required to do so by legal direction. To contest a suspended account, contact the support team.

10 Limitation of Liability

Playing games on the bagi platform carries financial risk. bagi is not responsible for money you lose through gaming. Users are advised to bet only within their financial means.

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical failure, loss of internet connection, or any other external cause, bagi will attempt to provide a fair resolution where possible. However, bagi's decision in such cases will be considered final.
